[Elecraft] K1 4-band board problem

Hello:

Thanks for the quick replies. I've been looking at the archives and
discovered the faulty crystal link. However, I check my crystal and it
oscillates at 21.996 MHz. With a noise generator, I could peak the noise on
20M but it was MUCH lighter in volume than the other bands. Power out still
shows 0.1 watt. Very confusing. BTW, I couldn't get Tom's articles on Quick
and Dirty Signal Tracing to come up on my computer.
