[Elecraft] The correct place to comment to the FCC on BPL???

Hi Ed,

There has been a flurry of activity lately about adding comments to Docket
number 03-104. It was my understanding that this docket has expired and no
further comments are being taken into consideration. Is this correct, as the
expiration date was months ago for the FCC to review it?

I noticed that you mentioned Docket Number 04-37 in an e-mail and was
wondering if this is the latest Docket open for public comment on the
subject of BPL. Is this where we are supposed to add our latest comments?
This is the NPRM Docket to do with modifying part 15 rules. It was released
02/23/04 and we have 45 days from then to post comments on this docket.

Docket 03-104 that everyone seems to be sending in comments to was released
almost a YEAR ago on April 23'd 2003 and had a 45 Day limit for comments and
a 75 day period for reply comments. This 45 day period to place your
comments on the NOI Docket 03-104 is long past due.

I would like to make sure that everyone that is taking the time to post a
comment on BPL to the FCC gets it where it needs to go to get consideration
from the FCC. Otherwise they are wasting their time. Also, I'd like to post
further comments as well. Can you clear this up for us Ed? They don't make
it easy at the FCC web site to find this information either. Took me some
time to find 04-37. There are some very good comments there. Thanks a bunch!
