[Elecraft] Strain reliefs for coax or other connectors

It IS good to strain relieve any coax connection; and shrink tubing is a
good way to bridge the crimp on sleeve and the jacket of the cable relieving
the abrupt transition from braid to rigid crimp connection. Most of the
shield failures at this point are the result of the human propensity to bend
a cable sharper than its bending radius would normally allow. Cable abuse
is always what we find in failed connectors of either solder or crimp on
type, or the push on sleeve types at the research labs.
Nothing like eager students to find all the ways cabling can fail! ;-)
