[Elecraft] RE: VCO moving in steps

	For once I am ahead of you Don. Been there and done that. Did the old
"reheat" everything in sight fix. I have already had one cold solder joint
that just disabled the whole front panel, no display, no keys, no nothing.
Found that one a 4:30am a couple of days ago. The DAC seems to be
non-cooperative. I know SCO and SCK are there because U4 seems to be working
as it should. The one in question would then be the DAC chip select line.
That is where I am at the present.

	That problem is an incidental one, my major problem is I am not able to get
the control voltage to 6.0V at the jucntion of R30 and R31 for the life of
me.

	Is this a great kit or what. I haven't had this much fun in year. I have
even lost some weight. Could that be because I am so excited that I get up
early to work on the kit? And thus am losing sleep in my excitement to get
this little thing on the air.
