How about:

Replace:
Suggested frequencies:
CW: 1805-1815, 3530-3540, 7030-7040, 14050-14060, 21050-21060, 28050-28060
With:
Suggested frequencies:
CW: 1805-1815, 3530-3540, 3710 on the half-hour, 7030-7040, 7110 on the 
hour, 14050-14060, 21050-21060, 21110 pm the half-hour, 28050-28060, 28100 
on the hour
(I'm not sure where the 80M Novice band is!)

Replace:
Digital: to be determined (perhaps someone with a strong opinion on this 
could post a full set of frequencies to our reflector?)
With:
PSK31: on the standard .070 frequencies.

Replace:
