[Elecraft] EQP - suggested rule re-wording

EQP Rules...
I was just reviewing the EQP rules on the Elecraft Web site. I think you
might have left out a word in this rule...  Add the word "once" after
"worked".
The intent is that you can have 3 QSO's with the same station on each
band, i.e. once for each mode.

Revised rule stated here:

Multiple Contacts with Same Station:
Each station can be worked ONCE on each mode and each band for QSO
credit. The  three modes are CW, SSB, and digital.
