[Elecraft] K2/100 and KAT100 odd behavior

Jack - I don't think you really mean that.  Please go back and read what I
wrote.  I duplicated the problem INTO A DUMMY LOAD.   To summarize, I set
the K2 power control for 50 watts and the output was indeed 50 watts at
1805.  I moved to 1845 and the output was 120 watts for many seconds.  By
any stretch of the imagination, outside the Elecraft world, that just isn't
considered normal operation!
