[Elecraft] KPA100 problems

HI Rich:
Only thing I can say is that it worked here.  I had about +/-10 to 12 watt 
fluctuation using the KPA100 and changuing the value of that resistor in 
the AGC circuit caused the fluctuations to drop to about +/- 1 to 2 watts.
