[Elecraft] KPA100 problems

Well I read the troubleshooting and have tried swapping the resistor out
with a pot and changed the value, but have had no improvement on mine. I too
find it annoying and it drives my amp nuts. 7-10 watts at the rig is VERY
significant at legal limit with the amp.
That said, I cant say that I do not have something wrong with my build but
Gary acted like my fluctuation was normal.
