[Elecraft] KPA100 problems

You guys should look in the K2 Manual in the trouble shooting section (page
7, Appendix E for Rev E manual) under "Transmitter (150-199)" and look at
code "160 Power Output fluctuates." The "fix" indicated there does work to
stop this fluctuation.
