[Elecraft] KPA100 problems

   I  built a KPA100 and aligned it but I am having problems with it. When I key down and watch the output with a wattmeter the power changes up and down about 10 watts twice a second until I unkey. I have double checked all component locations and they are correct. I have emailed elecraft support and have not got much help. I have tryed realigning R26 and R27 but it made no difference. I also double checked the bias current. Ant suggestions???
