Yes, all interfaces will activate at boot, but the Rigrunner will hang with
the lines activated.  The fact is that NONE of them need to be activated.
If the change is made that I referenced, you will see no activity on the com
ports when you boot.  The idea of having to turn your radios off when you
boot is absurd and unnecessary.
