[Elecraft] BFO Test @ K2 upgrade to Rev B

I have seen this subject covered before, but don't remember the details. 
  Excuse the bandwidth.

Reference: Upgrading the Elecraft K2 to Revision B, rev D, Jan 4, 2003.

The numbers (kHz) are:
BFO High Freq measured: 4916.99 (Min 4916.3).  This is OK.
BFO Low  Freq measured: 4913.15 (Max 4912.7).  This is out of range.
Range Hi/Low calculation:  3.84.  This is well above the 3.6 minimum.

Q.  Is the BFO low frequency close enough or must I add the padding 
capacitors to C173 and C174.
