Dale,

I would wait until after attempting to set up the filter/BFO relationships
(with Spectrogram) before determining if it needs to be corrected - you are
close enough to go with it.

If you are using the 2,5 kHz SSB filter bandwidth though, go ahead and add
the padding now, you will need the extra margins when aligning that filter -
in fact, you may have to experiment with the C173 and C174 padding caps when
using this wide filter width anyway, it requires a wider BFO range than does
a narrower filter.
