[Elecraft] No Voltage

I Had the same problem.  Look at the errata sheet, you missed something.  You need a jumper in place of the 80 Meter choke that we didn't have.  There is no voltage path from the DC input to the voltage regulators.  I spent a number of hours debugging and found the problem on my own, and then found the solution after the fact burried in the errata sheet.
