[Elecraft] Spurious signal after k2 click mod

I just made the click mod, and I am seeing a troubling phenomenon.  I 
hear spurious signals above and below the main signal by approximately 
the amount of the sidetone pitch.  Very roughly, I believe that they are 
about 40-50 db down.  I was alerted to this by another station, so it's 
not in my second rx.

Of course it's possible that I had this problem before I did the mod, 
but nobody noticed it.  Could I ask someone who does have the mod 
installed to check for this?

Any idea of what could cause this?
