Well, I am still a bit unsure. Did anyone build the ELSIE meter
also mentioned in this thread and can comment on its accuracy?
Unfortunately, there is not too much known about the ELSIE yet - I
assume I'll have to wait another few weeks for it to be published...

Judging from the pictures at www.amqrp.org and comparing this with
AADE it looks pretty similar - a microcontroller and a LM311, so
other than a few parts, most of the value is in the microcontroller
programs.

So any early comments ?
