Folks, gotta report on the progress.... Tom Hammond, presented me with a
step by step outline on how the diagnose the K2AT Blues!    Thanks to him, I
did find my problem and now have it installed, calibrated and working.

By the way, if you are planning on building the K2AT, pay particular
attention to the instructions about penetrating the relays when soldering
the toroid leads.   Take it from me, it doesn't take much extra length to
mess up your work!   In fact, if I ever build another one, I will tin the
pads for the toroids before installing the relays and carefully solder the
toroid leads flat on the pad and not into the hole.
