Two items:

Jim appears to be quoting a definitive source, and I don't see the class
"Amateur Extra" anywhere in the text. Has the class been renamed to "Extra"?
That would be a shame. (That's no hyphen, boys<g>).

The final point, "Any General or Advanced license document that is unexpired
or in the grace period gives credit for Elements 1, 2 and 3" appears NOT to
give credit for Element 4 to Advanced class license holders. I took the
Advanced so long ago it's hard to remember, but I thought it was the Amateur
Extra Questions with the General (13 wpm) code. I upgraded to Amateur Extra
about 6 weeks later. Seems it should encompass Element 4, as Brad suggests.
