[Elecraft] Elecraft Net Report/2 for February 16, 2004

I thought I heard someone calling CQ ECN but when I tried using my 'hail sign' they 
didn't reply.  So I went back to 7043 kHz and tried some more.  The bands must have 
been very bad.
