[Elecraft] EI5EM's K2 No: 3894 all systems go !!!

I got my K2 with the NB Unit, SSB Unit, DSP Unit, 100 Watt Module and KAT100-1 finally finished yesterday. i tested it out on all bands today with excellent results. I have emailed Gary at Elecraft to thank him for his assistance with the (very) few problems which I encountered along the way. 

Build times were as follows

K2  50 Hours
DSP Unit  4 Hours
SSB Unit 5 Hours
100W Amp Unit 25 Hours
KAT100  12 Hours

Today I have ordered the ETS15 tilt stand and the 160 metre option. Below is the letter I wrote to Gary at Elecraft Support

Gary, 

Thanks for all your help while building K2 No. 3894. I finished the KAT100-1 last night. Only problem is a dull green led. maybe I have an incorrect series resistor. However I am not too concerned. I got a bit of a fright to discover "PA HOT" display this morning only to discover that temp. menu showed 270'C. How that happened I don't know as I set it to 18'C yesterday. I reset it to 20'C and will monitor situation. Everything seems to be working 100% with all systems now. 

Incorrecttly aligned diode. 
Dry joint on one toroid. 
Incorrect toroid used for SWR sampling circuit. 
PSU only putting out 10V causing low RF output on 28MHz. 
Misreading manual. 

Therse were only issues that I had to bother you about. All sorted now. Many many thanks.
