[Elecraft] K1 No RF output

Rx portion works fine all 4 bands

Tx no Rf out . So far I have made voltage measurements at :

Chips U1 U2 U3 U4 U7 all correct according to DC voltage chart.

U9 has problems:
Pin 2 should be 6.8 v , measure .331
Pin 3 should be 6.8 v , measure .630
Pin 6 should be 6.8 v , measure .331
Pin 7 should be 13.6 v and does measure 13.6 v

If you trace Pin 6 back it has a junction of D5 and D14. At this junction I
have 5.03 v.

RF Q6
Base zero should be 1.1 v
Collector ok at 13.6 v
emitter zero should be .5 v

RF Q7 OK
Base zero
Collector 13.6
Emitter zero.

Have done the obvious of verifing correct location of IC's and diodes. Also
resoldered a few
leads in case of cold joints. I would think the U9 problem needs to be
corrected before
looking at Q6 again. I will do more voltage checks tomorrow.
Would appreciate any ideas of what to look at that I might have overlooked.
