Thanks, Ken.  And thanks to Gregg and Philip who also responded.  

I guess I didn't ask my question as clearly as I might have.  The items 
on both page 6 and page 12 clearly say to install the lock washer on 
the standoff and the PC board.  I got that OK.  My question was about 
the second part of the item on page 12 which seems to contradict the 
rest of the instructions on both pages.  I went back and forth several 
times trying to decide if I had installed the washers incorrectly on 
page 6.

I installed the washers on the standoff side in both cases.  Ken, I take 
it you read it the other way.  My concern was if there would be an 
issue with having enough clearance.  That doesn't seem to be a problem.
