ARRL's new "Logbook of the World" is a method by which you can have your
DX QSOs verified electronically for DXCC award purposes, thereby saving
you the cost of postage for physically obtaining QSL cards.
There are only three mode-specific ARRL DXCC awards available:
1) PHONE
2) CW
3) RTTY
SSB is only one of the PHONE modes, which include 2-way QSOs made by
voice, i.e., SSB, AM, FM, digital voice, etc.
