[Elecraft] Microphone cable problem "solved"

Found the spot where it was loose, abt one inch from the spiral on the
mike end of the cable.
Nothing weird on the outside of the cable, no apparent reason. Must
have been caused in the cable factory.
The bad news is one never knows where to find it, so I started cutting up
the cable from both ends, lost abt 4 inches in total length.
First spot I suspected was where the tie-wrap is put on inside the mike,
but it was fine there.
Put on a new tie-wrap and will solder everything in it's new position.
