[Elecraft] K2 3662 lives and some questions

Hi All

I'm happy to announce the birth of 3662 in San Jose, CA. He had his =
first QSO last night.

Two Questions:

My wife's bedside table lamp is attached to one of those capacitance =
touch switches and when I key the transmitter at 10 watts, the lamp goes =
on or off. The switching gadget is in line with the lamp and has a =
polarized but not third-prong ground plug. The lamp is directly below on =
end of my roof mounted 40 meter dipole. Any suggestions?

Second, the sound is very different when I switch from CW normal to CW =
reverse. CW normal has a muted sort of sound and CW reverse has a much =
higher "hiss" component. Is this normal?
