Here is some advice, for what it's worth:

This type of lamp is a problem. One solution is to place a large value resistor or inductor or both in series with the
shell of the lamp that is used as the touch point and the circuit it connects to. I have used resistors in the range of 100k to
1 meg and chokes in the range of 10-100 uH to stop the unwanted switching.

Did you do a CAL FIL setup after doing the CAL PLL? Even if the values look like they don't need
to be changed, you need to adjust them a bit to force the BFO frequencies to be calculated and saved
properly.
