Hi Bill,
You should have tried 14052 kHz where I was running the net. Were you the one on 14050 kHz a few
minutes before 0100z. One time you were talking to Sam when I was trying to start the net so I moved up to
start it on a clear frequency. If the frequency is at all busy I just move up until I find a place to call QRL ?.
Then I start the net. I don't bother trying to figure out who is on. If it is busy I move up. Sorry for the
confusion. It would have been nice to check all you folks in. Then we could have had quite a number of people
to use for relays.
