My hat is off to the elecraft folks.  Great rig, and nearly perfect 
customer service.  Where else could I get the kdsp2 built by the designer, 
and a commitment to create a whole new product to allow me to "see" the 
display on the rig.  I can use the rig without sight, but this will be the 
first 95% or more accessible rig I have ever seen with comparable features.
I've looked at several other designes, the argonaut V, ft-817, ic-703, etc.
Also have spoken with persons at each of those companies about making their 
rigs more usable by the blind.
No one has come close to the response I got from elecraft.

Can you folks tell I'm this excited and haven't even got my krc2 yet.
I wish other companies cared this much.

education and enjoyment of the hobby.
The education is from all the trafic on the list, answers to questions, and 
the great background material on the k2's design and function in the 
manual.  The enjoyment is from all the great hams out there.
