[Elecraft] KX1 #60 Up and Running

Completed my KX1 this weekend.  Appears to work fine.  I will work on the 30m and ATU units after I get to use the radio some.

1. Suggest Elecraft adding a tuning tool for the trimmers in the kit.
2. The shoulder washer for Q6 would not stay in place because the transistor would lift off the post. Ended up securing the transistor to the post using a small cable tie (around the post and above the junction of the leads and the body.)
