Floyd,

My solution to that problem is to put the power supply on the floor under
the desk (I don't feel a need to look at the supply meters - in fact my
Astron RS-35A doesn't have meters).  My RigRunner does sit on the operating
tabletop - but if you do not have multiple 12 VDC devices, the RigRunner is
superfluous - a single 5 ft. power cord suffices to reach the power supply
under the table.  An added advantage of the floor positioned power supply is
that it serves as a nice toe warmer on cold winter days! <G>.
