[Elecraft] AGC threshold question

I recently acquired a K2 (serial 01987) and just completed the KPA-100
installation, along with the Rev B upgrades.  I have the latest firmware
levels.  Everything appears to be working OK, but the speaker audio out is
not as good as it might be.  I reviewed Wayne's post of Sept. 16 on the
subject and one of the items mentioned was possible AGC threshold set too
high.

After much searching, I see that in the K2 manual that's online, R1 is now a
pot where before it was a fixed resistor and it's R1 that's used to adjust
the threshold.  I would have thought that would be something included in the
upgrades I put on, but it wasn't.  Anyway, does anyone have info on the
availability of the pot - wonder if it will fit on my old board?
