There are no R18 and R19 resistors on the control board, they are
jumpers (the parts list shows them as 0 ohm jumpers).  I don't see any
place in the Rev E manual where it says to mount them to the bottom of
the board (the RF board also has R18 and R19 which mounted to the
bottom of that board).

The jumpers will be removed if you later install either the KAF2 or the
KDSP2.
