Hi Bill,
I had an experience with an electric fence. No, I didn't back into it! It was shorting to ground through some grass but in so doing it was causing
a periodic click on my radio during a contact. I fiddled with the NB and the click magically disappeared. I have used the noise blanker to quell a few
other periodic clicking noises but not as completely as that time. Later I went outside and found the offending grounding piece of grass and
plucked it on the off beat :) My noise was gone for good. Well at least while the grass stays eaten.
