Here is something that I intend to use.
It's a plastic Hammond case.  It's very rugged and the KX-1 fits inside very
neatly.  I will add some foam to center the KX-1 and best of all it's
waterproof as well as being nearly indestructable.
Plus you can get larger sizes if you want to also store all the accessories.
