[Elecraft] Elecraft CW Net Announcement

Good Evening,
    Sorry for the  late announcement but we have been pretty busy here today with our 
SET.  Things are getting interesting with all the traffic flying around.  

But on to the business of ECN.  I want to try to run the net a bit earlier this week and 
hope for the best.  I will move it to Sunday at 3 PM PST (2300 z) and see if we can do 
any better.  I wanted to try 30 meters as well but between the rain and my other 
obligations I have yet to do any antenna experimentation.  I am planning on trying 30 
meters next week.  

I hope to hear you on the air tomorrow at or above 14050 kHz.
