[Elecraft] Off topic

This is not related to Elecraft topics but I am trying to help someone with their Icom 
756.  He is now using it as a code practice oscillator and does not know how to get it 
back into the transmit mode.  He is visually impaired and has a problem with the 
manual.  If someone could please tell me the button sequence to change the 756 to a 
CW transmitter again I would appreciate getting the information off line.  I can then 
either call him on the local repeater or on the phone and get him active on CW again.  
Then I can mentor him.  Yes you heard that right, me mentor him :)
