[Elecraft] K1 drt...drt...drt Noise in audio

Hi,
currently building my K1and have two questions:

1.I am noticing a noise when aligning the K1 in the first step. It sounds like 
the mentioned drt...drt...drt it is no constant hum or so. I heard it when I 
checked for sidetone etc.without the vfo coil installed and hoped it would 
dissappear when vfo is oscillating. Is there anybody out there who has had 
the same or similar noise and has found a way to get rid of it?

2. Aligning the filters on the filter board: the resonance of the premix 
filters seems to be very sharp compared to the resonance of the rf filters 
where I found almost no peak at all. This may be ok, but I am unsure. Any 
experience here? Will check for PTTL...
