[Elecraft] Dead receive, frozen display on K2...help!!

I reached the second stage of testing and everything seemed to check out =
fine. Then I plugged an antenna in and got nothing on receive after much =
checking of continuity and voltages, it comes down to pins 27 and 28 on =
my U6 MCU. I should be getting 5 v on pin 28 and 0v on pin 27(tx).
Instead I get nothing on either pin. Now when I key the rig with paddles =
I get 5 volts on pin 27 and 0 on pin 28(rx) which is correct. Also I get =
no continuity on pin 28 to ground but 3.89k from pin 27 to ground. Is =
this normal or should i be getting a higher resistance on pin 27? As I =
understand it, one pin should be 5 volts and the other 0 volts at all =
times, so you are either in receive or transmit mode.=20
I'm stumped. Without the 5 volts at pin 28, I'm dead in the water. On =
top of this, as I was checking voltages throughout, my display got stuck =
in VFO mode and none of the buttons work, including the rate button. The =
VFO seems to tune normally on 40 meters . Any ideas? I'm desperate!
