[Elecraft] ELECRAFT NET: Would the Elecraft Net be seen as "contesting" If it was on 17m?

The ideal situation, IMHO, is for someone(s) to organize and set into motion
a program for 30 Meters which is identical to or adapted in whatever manner
from the 10-10 group on Ten Meters. The 30-30 Club has a nice ring to it
(as in Winchester Model 94). This would not be a contest, but an ACTIVITY
to promote the use of the 30 Meter band. I believe the 10-10 activity has
done a great job for the last 30 years or so on the 10 Meter band and a
similar project for 30 Meters will yield the same result. Someone take the
idea and run with it. Just my dos centavos from the bleachers.
