As a "sometimes contester" I agree that WARC bands should remain contest free.
NOTHING is more aggravating than some contest zealot trying to shoo you off from a
ragchew or a routine "talk" schedule you have with someone!
There should be some part of the band set aside for these people to beat each other's
brains out without disturbing the entire band. I have nothing against contests 'per
se', but there are
too many of them that are on every weekend, all weekend.
