[Elecraft] ELECRAFT NET: Would the Elecraft Net be seen as "contesting" If it was on 17m?

	Do you know this for a fact, or is this just your opinion. I'd think
"no contests" means just that...NO contests.

	Note that it didnt say "Small contests OK",  "QRP contests OK",
"All contests OK except for really big ones like WWDX, or the World Wide
QRM Party".  I believe the statement is "no contests on WARC bands".
