[Elecraft] ELECRAFT NET: Would the Elecraft Net be seen as "contesting" If it was on 17m?

Agreed, I have had only one successful QSO on 30 meters this year.  The band seems quite dead most of the time.  If we don't use this band we could lose it, as 
the saying goes :)  I think we would have plenty of space for an Elecraft net here.  1000 mile and closer propagation of 30 meters looks good this week so why don't 
we try it?
