[Elecraft] Building the K2

I agree the manual and boards are very good at instructions.  I just got
caught on measuring resistance to ground at the collector of one of the
transistors.  Measured both the emitter and the collector, and one was low,
one high.  I presumed the high reading was the collector and declared it OK.
