My K2 is S/N 380.  I've done most of the mods for A>B on my own, sans 
kits.  I've had the 14 xtals since last July or so and the BFO mod kit 
since the Fall; I also have the KPA100 and KAT100 installed.  But some 
things (friends dead and dying) commanded lots of my time, so I'm behind 
by just these three mods.

The A>B isntructoins are a bit obtuse if trying to just work these three :-)

Key issue was whether to do the first two w/o the temp stab mod in hand 
(should be here this week).  The reply re xtal says wait to fire up my 
Hakko.
