[Elecraft] Help - K2 receiver dead

I am in need of some help and suggestions. I built and installed the PLL
stability mod.  It appeared to check out OK.  CAL PLL seemed to go OK.
Unfortunately, I have no receive audio.

The K2 is transmitting.  I hear the spot tone.  I hear the side tone.  I
can see band noise on the S meter.  But absolutely no audio comes into
the phones or the speaker.  The K2 was receiving quite normally before
the mod. I need suggestions as to where to look and how to start.
