[Elecraft] KIO2 Install Help

Hi Gang,

I *think* that I put it together right, all the voltage checks are OK but 
neither Win-EQF nor KE6D's software will read data from my K2.  Win-EQF 
cannot send anything to the radio but KE6D's SW can send many commands that 
my K2 will obey.

 My SN is 543 and only options installed now are the tuner, battery and the 
KIO2.

Once together, should the 8 conductor cable from the board on the rear 
panel exit the board from BETWEEN the board and top of the cover, OR should 
the 8 cond cable be facing the bottom of the rig.  The instructions 
indicate the former while it LOOKS like it should be the latter.
