Hi Mark:

Sounds like you are getting data to/from the k2, so I doubt you have a 
problem with wiring of the kio2.  Probably a configuration problem on 
win-eqf.  Make sure the proper port and rig are selected.  There is a k2 
setting on win-eqf.  Since data flows on ke6d, the port is probably ok.
