[Elecraft] Test equipment recommendations

Hi all:

I'm looking to purchase a decent old-silly-scope (oscilloscope) and
frequency counter for alignment and testing my smoke generators
(I mean homebrew projects).  Cost isn't a big factor, but I'd prefer
not to have to get a second mortgage.  Any recommendations?


By the way, thanks to all the ops who sent me QSL cards from the
EQP.
