[Elecraft] KNB2 Low threshold distorted sound.

Hi Elecrafters,
Before I got a K2 on my own, I already red something about
distorted sound wich could happen when u select NB in Low-Threshold.

Now that I have my own K2+NB2 finished, I experience the same too.
But now I can't find that message any more.   8-/

Was it a known issue, or part of the NB we have to life with ?
btw After selecting PREAMP in low threshold setting, distorted sound will
gone.

Does anybody recognize this behaviour? Many thanks.
